• Includes spam, malware, or phishing attempts.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block any content violating these terms without notice.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Platform (excluding User-Generated Content) is owned by IndianSouls.in and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Impersonate others or spread misinformation.
• Automate data scraping without permission.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access without notice if you breach this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndianSouls.in shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Modifications to Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
