End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: 14/04/2025

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “You”) and IndianSouls.in (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your use of our website, mobile application (if applicable), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow users to post comments, reviews, or other content (“User-Generated Content”). By submitting content, you warrant that:

You own or have legal rights to the content.
The content is truthful, lawful, and non-harmful.
It does not violate any laws, intellectual property rights, or this Agreement.

Prohibited Content:

You must not post content that:

Is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
Contains false or misleading information.
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
Promotes violence, illegal activities, or explicit material.
Includes spam, malware, or phishing attempts.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block any content violating these terms without notice.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform (excluding User-Generated Content) is owned by IndianSouls.in and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part without express written permission.
